Lux Spa Return Policy

Lux Spa partners with a variety of trusted manufacturers and suppliers to offer a broad selection of wellness and spa products. Because products are fulfilled by different suppliers, return policies may vary by item.

Supplier Return Policies

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all products sold through Lux Spa are subject to the individual return policy of the supplier or manufacturer fulfilling the order. Return eligibility, return windows, restocking fees, refund processing, and return shipping requirements are determined by the applicable supplier.

Initiating a Return

To request a return, customers must contact Lux Spa Customer Support. Our team will identify the appropriate supplier, verify return eligibility, and provide any required return authorization and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Many suppliers do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Personalized items

  • Used, installed, or modified products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products designated as non-returnable on the product page

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Lux Spa within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label to assist with the claims process.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed according to the supplier's return policy and are typically issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by the supplier. Original shipping, delivery, installation, and service fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
