TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUX SPA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

  • PUNITIVE DAMAGES

  • LOSS OF PROFITS

  • LOSS OF DATA

  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

  • USE OF THE SERVICES

  • PURCHASED PRODUCTS

  • DELIVERY DELAYS

  • PRODUCT DEFECTS

  • THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS

IN NO EVENT SHALL LUX SPA'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lux Spa and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of any law or regulation

  • Violation of any third-party rights

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lux Spa website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Lux Spa and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Weber County, Utah and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Changes to These Terms

Lux Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
